.The Salt Air Gardeners, Town of Ocean View & VFW Post 7234 dedicated a Blue Star Memorial By-Way Marker in Ocean View, Delaware on May 23, 2022. The Blue Star Program honors all men and women that serve or have served in the United States Armed Services.
Our community came together to honor our Armed forces who have served, currently serving and those who will serve our country. The Blue Star Memorial By-Way marker dedication program was filled with respect, honor and gratitude.
Thanks to everyone who made this a reality. Thanks to the Salt Air Gardeners, Town Council & Town of Ocean View, VFW Post 7234, George & Lynch, Inc., Delmarva Power, Collins Landscaping, Apple Electric, GE Hardware, John Reddington, Mayor Ocean View, Carol Houck, Ocean View Town Manager, Jan and Louis Melton, Mike White and David Matheiss, and many Donors.
