Blue Star Memorial By-Way Marker
The Blue Star Program honors all men and women that serve or have served in the United States Armed Services.
The Salt Air Gardeners are working with the Town of Ocean View, DE to place a Blue Star By-Way Marker and garden within Ocean View.
The Town of Ocean View is currently working with DelDot to procure a visible, appropriate site. The town has committed to provide a site and its preparation, and a walkway and bench.
The Salt Air Gardeners will provide the By-Way Marker installed on a large boulder. We will also design, plant and maintain the garden surrounding the Marker.
